Our Terms and Conditions document incorporates our general terms of trade, governs all types of bespoke development and all public websites. This supercedes all previous versions of our Terms and Conditions and the webpage "Terms for Template Websites". Product Terms
In addition to our Terms and Conditions document, we have also developed specific Product Terms which provide additional detail for each of our products and services. In addition to those documents referred to in Section 1 of our Terms and Conditions, our Product Terms also form part of our contract with you and apply as specified in the Product Terms to those of our products and services that you subscribe to from time to time. Our Product Terms are designed to complement our Terms and Conditions, Subscription Licence Agreement and Data Protection Addendum, but in the event of a conflict then our Product Terms will prevail. Subscription Licence Agreement
