    Client Liaison team - UK

    Customer Support Operations Specialist

    Permanent £38,000 - £42,000
    Providing exceptional customer support is at the heart of all we do at Artlogic. The Customer Support Operations Specialist is a crucial role within the Client Liaison team aimed to build upon the operational back bone of customer support, and to ensure that the team has the proper systems, tools and metrics in place to maintain a high standard of customer support. Responsibilities include reviewing and implementing new strategies with required support softwares (primarily Zendesk, Monday, Jira, and Confluence), reporting and analysing key support metrics, and assisting in developing and maintaining internal guidelines through Confluence. This role will require you to work closely with the wider support management structure, as well as cross departmentally, with a particular emphasis on collaboration.

    Client Liaison

    Permanent $40,000 - $45,000 + Benefits

    We are looking for a Client Liaison to provide front-line support to our global client base of galleries, artists, and collectors across our range of industry-leading products. You will help us onboard and train clients and will also assist with testing development work.
