    Are the program cash rewards paid out in any currency other than USD?

    We only pay benefits out in USD, however Cello allows you to use PayPal or Venmo currency options.

    What terms and conditions do I need to accept to be a part of the program?

    The referral program is operated by Cello Online Platform. To participate, you will need to accept their terms and conditions, which can be found here: Cello Terms of Service.

    Is there a limit to the number of individuals or companies I can refer?

    No, there is no limit. You are welcome to refer as many galleries, collectors, or artists as you like.

    Can individuals or companies that are already clients of Artlogic benefit from the $250 discount?

    No, the referral offer only applies to new clients of Artlogic. Existing clients are not eligible for the discount.

    If an individual or company was previously a client of Artlogic, can they benefit from the $250 discount?

    Yes, if the client cancelled their account with Artlogic over 2 years ago, they are considered a new client and can benefit from the $250 discount.

    Will Artlogic change the benefits of the referral program?

    Artlogic reserves the right to change the benefits of the referral program. However, we will provide 1 month's notice to all referral partners before any changes are made. These changes will apply only to new referrals made after the notice period.

    Can I participate in the program if I am an individual employed by a company that is a client of Artlogic?

    Yes, but you will need to obtain permission from your company if you would like to participate in the referral program and benefit as an individual. This is not Artlogic’s responsibility.

    Can I be dismissed from the program?

    Artlogic reserves the right to disable any Cello account of individuals or companies that do not accurately represent their participation in the Artlogic Referral Program. Misrepresentation may result in removal from the program.
