Artlogic’s Digital Services Act Transparency Report provides an overview of our content moderation activity and compliance with the EU Digital Services Act for the 2024 reporting period.
The report outlines any orders received from EU Member State authorities, notices relating to illegal or non-compliant content, moderation actions taken by Artlogic, complaints submitted through our internal processes, and the use of automated moderation tools.
As a platform supporting professional art galleries worldwide, Artlogic has a low level of exposure to illegal or harmful content. During the 2024 reporting period, no government orders, content notices, moderation complaints, or proactive moderation actions were recorded.
Artlogic remains committed to maintaining appropriate processes for content moderation, incident management, and regulatory compliance as our platform and services continue to evolve.
