Joe Elliott

President

Joe Elliott is President at Artlogic, the business platform for galleries, artists and collectors, where he has spent more than a decade building the company from the inside.

Elliott's career began directly in the art world. After earning a BFA in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design and an MA in Visual Arts Administration from New York University, he worked as a curator and sales associate at 571 Projects and founded Kingsley Elliott, an online gallery promoting emerging artists. He then moved into art-market technology, working in sales and client relations at Collectrium, before joining Artlogic in 2012 as a Client Account Manager.

Over the following decade, Elliott rose steadily through the company: Director of Sales and Marketing, then Senior Director and Chief Commercial Officer, Co-Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer, and Chief Executive Officer, before moving into his current role as President.

He remains a regular public voice for Artlogic – quoted in the company's press announcements, including its 2026 partnership with Future Fair's Future Talks program, and presenting Artlogic's tools directly to artists in public webinars alongside other leading platforms in the sector.

Few people at Artlogic have watched the business, and the wider art-market technology landscape, evolve as closely as Elliott has from the inside. His writing focuses on where the art market and its technology are heading, particularly as younger collectors reshape buying behavior, in support of Artlogic's mission of helping galleries, artists and collectors thrive.
