Hamish Whitworth is Senior Brand Designer at Artlogic, the business platform for galleries, artists and collectors, where he leads brand and visual design work. He has held the role since 2023, shaping the visual identity behind Artlogic's product, marketing and editorial output.
Whitworth trained first in fine art, earning a BFA in Sculpture from the University of Brighton and a Foundation degree in Art and Design from the City & Guilds of London Art School, before adding formal graphic design training through Shillington. His early career took him through Steve Edge Design as an intern, freelance work at Capcha Creative, and middleweight graphic design roles at GoodPeopleWander and Duzi Studio – building a practice across branding, illustration, packaging, motion and art direction before joining Artlogic.
His most visible work at Artlogic is design of the Artlogic Gallery Report, the company's annual research publication surveying galleries across more than 50 countries on the state of the art market. He is credited as designer on both the 2024 and 2025 editions, giving visual shape to one of Artlogic's most widely distributed pieces of industry research. His design practice extends beyond Artlogic as well, with brand work spanning hospitality and drinks brands – reflecting a multidisciplinary range across agency, in-house and independent projects.
Whitworth's contribution to Artlogic's editorial work is chiefly visual and structural: making dense, research-driven content approachable and credible for a global gallery audience. His writing for Artlogic, focuses on the design and brand decisions behind that work – in support of Artlogic's broader mission of helping galleries, artists and collectors thrive.
