Dan Jorgensen

CEO

Dan Jorgensen is Chief Executive Officer of Artlogic, the business platform used by galleries, artists and collectors to manage inventory, exhibitions, sales, websites and client relationships. He joined the company as Chief Financial Officer and stepped into the CEO role in 2026, bringing two decades of finance and operational leadership to a business built around the specific rhythms of the art market.

Jorgensen is an ACA-qualified chartered accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), having spent roughly ten years in professional practice before moving into finance leadership roles across the energy and software sectors. At Artlogic, he initially led revenue operations, business intelligence and core finance, and was closely involved in the company's acquisition of ArtCloud – one of the more significant consolidations in art-market software in recent years.

Since becoming CEO, Jorgensen's focus has been about how a platform serving thousands of galleries, artists and collectors across more than 80 countries keeps scaling – reliably and financially soundly – without losing the responsiveness that smaller, specialist businesses depend on.

His writing for Artlogic focuses on the business and strategic decisions behind running and growing a technology platform for the art world, in support of Artlogic's broader mission of helping galleries, artists and collectors thrive.
