Recent Support Notes

16 July 2025 - Claris recently released a new version of FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Pro 2025 (version 22). ArtBase developers and support technicians are currently reviewing the technical specifications and testing supported versions of ArtBase. Please refrain from upgrading to FileMaker Pro 2025 until our verification testing is complete. We will reach out again with an update as soon as we have additional information to share.
22 November 2024 - Claris has updated Filemaker Pro 2024 to support macOS Sequoia, meaning you can confidently update your ArtBase system to the latest 21.1 version. To do this go to Help > Check for Updates in your top tool bar. Clients using an earlier version of Filemaker Pro, please reach out to our team to receive a copy of FileMaker Pro 2024. This version is necessary to ensure ArtBase compatibly on a computer with macOS Sequoia.
