Having opened in Dallas in 2013, Liliana Bloch Gallery caters to the contemporary collector, and boasts one of the most provocative programs in Texas. Having been recommended Artlogic by a fellow art-world professional (an art advisor using Artlogic to administer client collections), gallery director Liliana Bloch was drawn to the user-friendly nature of the system for gallerists and collectors alike, and hasn’t looked back since.
The Challenge
In the search for structure, Liliana Bloch Gallery previously struggled to optimize operations and streamline internal efficiencies. In turn, this led to more time than necessary being spent on administrative tasks, taking away from the time the gallery could dedicate to new and existing clients. “Before using Artlogic, making a checklist before an exhibition opened would take a long time.”

Artlogic allows us to create presentations, reports, checklists, private views, invoices, and so much more. It's a functional database and an archive.”

The Results
Pre-show prep can be a laborious task, with documents and presentations clogging up the admin funnel. But, since using Artlogic, Liliana Bloch Gallery found that “the system has cut in half the time we spent preparing documents for a show.”
Most importantly, using Artlogic has benefitted the gallery’s top line, as Bloch notes that the precision comms facilitated by Artlogic allows for a greater degree of accuracy in regards to the content sent to collectors: “Artlogic has boosted our sales because we can target our collectors with presentations of artists that we know they respond to.”
Looking ahead, Liliana Bloch Gallery plans to expand their international offering, with projects and fairs scheduled in Mexico City (zona maco) as well as a US/Mongolia art exchange facilitated using the Artlogic platform.
