  • How it works

    Typically we see clients going live with their new system within 8 weeks after starting their migration process. Below is a general guide to how our migration services work for inventory, contact, sales and financial data. Depending on the complexitity or simplicity of your data we may need to add or remove some steps and increase or decrease the timeframe.

    Step 1 - Understanding your needs

    In a consultation call we'll get to know your needs and priorities, explaining the best available options and timeframes. 

    Step 2 - Data mapping

    We'll do a data assesment with a sample of data you have provided and work with you to correctly map the correct fields and records.

    Step 3 - Migration process

    Sit back and relax whilst we work away at carefully moving your data over to your new Artlogic system.

    Step 4 - Data checks

    After we've completed the migration we'll work with you and your team to check everything has been successfully moved and resolve any issues that come up.

    Step 5 - Going live

    Once you are happy your migration is complete and you'll have access to your system.
