Challenge
ATHR Gallery had numerous issues and limitations in managing artwork inventory and sales workflows across multiple locations when they were on a previous system.
“In our gallery’s previous inventory system, the interface was not user-friendly, which made it challenging for the team to follow proper processes efficiently. Template options for PDF creation were also quite limited. Overall, the system was difficult to navigate and lacked the ease of use and flexibility that Artlogic now provides.”
These challenges were compounded by communication gaps between locations, making it harder for teams to collaborate efficiently and access up-to-date information. As the gallery expanded, the need for a centralized, cloud-based system became increasingly urgent.

Solution
ATHR Gallery selected Artlogic for its comprehensive, all-in-one platform that integrates inventory management, sales tracking, CRM, and website functionality into a single, centralized system.
“We chose Artlogic because we needed a more user-friendly and centralized system to manage artwork status, invoicing, and payments” the team explains. The platform’s intuitive interface also ensured quick adoption across a large, multi-location team.
A key feature for ATHR has been Artlogic’s artwork presentation links, Private Views, which “has been valuable allowing us to share curated selections with our clients, which are more focused on their preferences.”
In addition, ATHR has a fully integrated website. By connecting the website directly to the inventory system, the gallery can ensure artwork availability, details, and content are always up to date. “This makes it much easier to link artworks directly to the website and keep availability and details up to date.”
The onboarding and migration process was described as “very smooth,” with a collaborative approach that ensured minimal disruption to daily operations.

Results
“Artlogic helped us process a higher quantity of invoices and generate more sales,”
Since implementing Artlogic, ATHR Gallery has significantly improved operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and team collaboration across its four locations.
The gallery estimates saving between 6 to 10 hours per week by reducing manual processes and streamlining workflows. Over a year that amounts to 52 work days saved for the team. Tasks that previously required manual PDF creation have been replaced by instant, dynamic sharing tools. "PDF creation and redesign have become more instant and dynamic, and more easily shared from the Artlogic integrated template.”
This shift has accelerated response times and improved client engagement. Teams can now access artwork details, update statuses, and share presentations in real time, particularly during high-pressure moments such as exhibitions and busy sales periods. “This helps the team respond faster and stay organized.”
Artlogic has also enhanced internal visibility and data access, enabling better decision-making and more effective communication between locations. Improved filtering and search capabilities allow staff to quickly locate artworks and generate reports, saving valuable time.
Crucially, these efficiencies have translated into commercial impact. The gallery reports that Artlogic has “helped us process a higher quantity of invoices and generate more sales,” while also increasing exposure through more professional and accessible presentations.
With a fully integrated system now in place, ATHR Gallery benefits from a more connected, agile, and scalable operation. As they summarize, Artlogic is “an all-in-one platform for managing artworks, contacts, and sales in one place,” delivering the structure and reliability needed to support continued growth.
