1. What type of information and data do we collect about you?

1.2.4. We may also collect information about you when you attend one of our events. The data we may process includes your name, email address, registration token number, information on the sessions you attend and other session metrics to help us understand attendance and the value of events.

1.3.1. Information about you, your employees, agents, advisors or freelancers, which may include name, title, job title, employer, home and/or work address, email address and telephone number.
1.3.2. Information about your customers, prospects, professional contacts and suppliers, or their employees, agents or freelancers, which may include name, title, job title, employer, home and/or work address, email address, telephone number, transactions data and interests data.
1.4. Information we receive from other sources. We may receive information about you.

2.1.6. To manage your registration for an event, webinar, or other session you have registered to join, as well as sending you a confirmation of your registration and facilitating your entry into an event or session.

2.2.1. to administer our website, applications and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;
2.2.2. to improve our website and applications to ensure content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer;
2.2.3. as part of our efforts to keep our website and applications safe and secure;
2.2.4. to measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising we serve to you and others, and to deliver relevant advertising to you; and
2.2.5. to make suggestions and recommendations to you and other users of our website and applications about goods or services which may interest you or them.
2.2.6. to measure attendance for our events, webinars, or other sessions in order to understand the value of these events. This can include your behaviour during online events, such as your interest, attendance, or other metrics that allow us to measure to success of our events. Normally using your data in this way will be with your understanding and agreement.
2.3. Information we receive from other sources. We may combine this information with information you give to us and information we collect about you. We may use this information and the combined information for the purposes set out above (depending on the types of information we receive).
3. When we may disclose your information to others
3.1. We may share your personal information with other members of our corporate group, including our subsidiaries and our ultimate holding company, as well as their respective subsidiaries (as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006). This may involve the transfer of your personal information to countries outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, including the United States, where some of these entities are based.
3.2. We may share your information with selected third parties including:
3.2.1. Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with you.
3.2.2. Analytics and search engine providers who assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our website.
3.2.3. Credit reference agencies for the purpose of assessing your credit score where this is a condition of us entering into a contract with you, as well as payment service providers for payment management.
3.2.4. Email communication providers and cloud providers for managing our communications with you and storing business data, as well as customer relationship management providers which we use to manage your data.
3.2.5. Webinar and online conference or online event service providers that help us manage our events and online webinars or sessions, as well as customer relationship management platforms that assist us in managing registrations.
3.3. We may disclose your personal information to third parties:
3.3.1. In the event we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
3.3.2. If we or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
3.3.3. If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our website’s terms of use or our terms and conditions of supply and other agreements; or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
3.3.4. If we use their services to support us in managing our own services. This includes service providers that help us communicate with your or offer our products, as well as service providers who we use to manage events and online webinars for hosting virtual sessions.
3.3.5. The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the UK. This can include the European Economic Area and the United States. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the UK who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
3.4. Where such transfers occur, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This will either be through ensuring that comparable data protection standards are in place (known as Adequacy), or through contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms.
4. How do we use Cookies on our website?
