We’ve been busy behind the scenes this July, improving workflows, fine-tuning features, and adding smart new tools to help you do more with Artlogic.

 New and Improved Features

  • New Beta Feature: Enquiry Buttons in Private Views

    Presentations just got better. Add Enquiry buttons to your Private Views and allow collectors to email you directly about individual artworks they're interested in. Find out how to explore this feature in our guide here.

  • New Filter: 'Marketing/Event List (Active)'

Streamline your outreach and ensure you're targeting up-to-date lists with the new 'Marketing/Event List (Active)' filter in Contacts Advanced Search. Easily find contacts on lists that are currently active or not expired.

 New and Improved Features

  •  New Sales Channel Options for Sales Pipeline Users

We've updated the Sales Channel for Offer records in Sales Pipeline to include 'Artlogic App Offers' and 'Private View Enquiries' in the drop down menu, giving users more flexibility and improved tracking across sales channels.

  • Add Artworks Using Categories

    We've added a new function to let users select artworks by their categories in Exhibitions, Viewing Rooms, and Feature Panel artwork grids, making content creation for new webpages even easier.Add Artworks Using Categories

  • New Social Media Options

We've added the option to add both Bluesky and Threads as social media icons to your website. 
  • New Field for Artist Bibliography

A new image and caption field has been added to the bibliography section in Artist pages. This can now be used separately to the main overview image for greater flexibility.

  • Display List Image on Store Grids

If available, the artwork or publication list image will now replace the main image on store grid views, giving you even more imagery options.

  • Improved Caption Control

When artworks are added via grids to an Image/Artwork Grid panel, any custom "Short" or "Long" captions will now replace the default artwork captions, giving clients greater control over how their content is displayed.

  • Improved Readability for Exhibition Headers
We've adjusted the letter spacing of the Exhibition headers to ensure improved readability on mobile devices.

Updates and Fixes

  • Improved Image Quality for Installation View Thumbnails

    Thumbnail images in installation view slideshows are now sharper and more detailed, closely matching full-size images, while keeping site performance fast.

  • Feature Panel Loading Errors

    Pages with blank feature panel records (from legacy setups) now load correctly, these empty records are safely skipped to avoid errors.

  • Image Display in Installation Views

    Open Graph images now display properly when sharing pages with installation views.

  • Design Studio: Search Index Status Updates

    Search index updates for Design Studio clients now correctly show start and completion dates.

  • Import Tool and Artist ID Fix

    Artworks imported via the Excel Import tool now consistently link to the relevant artist records.

  • Advanced Search: Inactive Lists

    Advanced Search on the Artworks list now returns accurate results for inactive or expired lists.

  • 404 Artwork Filter Groups Fix

    We resolved an issue causing 404 errors when artwork filter groups were enabled but had no assigned filters.

    Simplified Captions on Grid Feature Panel

  • Simplified captions now display correctly on the grid feature panel based on your selected setting.

  • Navigation Menu Display in Fullscreen Vertical Slideshows

    The navigation menu now stays visible when using the "Fullscreen Vertical" slideshow with static header settings.

  • Event Page Image Display in Single Page View

    Works and installation images now display as expected in 'Single Page' event view, ensuring consistent content across all view modes.

Fixes

  • Artwork Display on iPad
    We've fixed an issue where rotating an iPad with the "Extra Grid Column in Landscape" setting enabled caused display errors and incorrect image selection. Artwork selection now works correctly in all orientations.

  • Sync Status Message
    The loading spinner now correctly indicates when no content is selected to sync, instead of spinning indefinitely.

    Sales Pipeline Email Status
    Offer emails in the Sales Pipeline now update correctly from 'pending' to 'sent' within the app after being delivered.
