About the role

Transforming how the art world works online starts with you. As Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in helping us engage with new clients across Europe, Africa and Asia. You will be responsible for generating new leads through outbound sales campaigns. You will become the first point of contact for many new clients, ensuring they become qualified leads and nurturing them to be passed on to a Sales Consultant.

About you
  • Experience in a sales role, preferably B2B sales or SaaS. 

  • Diligent, enterprising self-starter who can demonstrate strong initiative with a focus on strategic thinking and relationship building.

  • Good knowledge or interest in the art world.

  • Well-spoken, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality. A client-centric approach, able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.

  • Passion for technology advancements and a high degree of computer literacy.

  • Good analytical ability and a desire to learn and improve methodologies and processes.  

  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

Key responsibilities
  • Researching, sourcing, and compiling sales leads by region, market, or other team initiatives with a focus on commercial leads.

  • Recording lead details in the sales team CRM system (HubSpot), planning and executing outreach campaigns to researched leads via HubSpot. Tracking each deal’s status and correspondence while also monitoring your campaign strategy success rates, adjusting where needed. 

  • Collaborating with the team’s Account Executives to qualify leads - scheduling and providing sales demonstrations and setting up automated email sequences. 

  • Creatively thinking about how we can improve our methodologies to increase campaign effectiveness and convert and manage sales with greater efficiency.

  • Regular reporting of your sales results to your manager. Keeping track of statistics, trends and insights over time.

London Office Space
Our London office is based within a converted warehouse complex shared with a handful of other friendly creative organisations and a top-notch canteen. The beautiful courtyard area is perfect for post-work socialising and the odd bit of al-fresco working – weather permitting! We are a collaborative and relaxed bunch who enjoy each other’s company both at work and in the pub.
