Established in 2002, AFB Consulting has completed over 500 accessibility and inclusion-related projects. Those projects span the full spectrum of digital inclusion, focusing on both accessibility and usability. AFB Consulting averages 50 projects per year, and it has a repeat customer base that includes over 20 organizations across retail, telecom, finance, education, and technology.

Michelle has been working with Artlogic systems & websites since 2011, overseeing the management, development and implementation of projects in the UK, US and Canada. 

Previously, as a Gallery Director travelling to international art fairs, Michelle used the Artlogic Database, Artlogic Websites and PrivateViews, and has experience in international markets in both commercial and non-profit sectors. 

She has an MA in Contemporary Art from the Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London and continues to work as a consultant for private collectors, galleries and artists, fluent in best practices within the art world.

Valerie has been working in the art world for more than 20 years, first in New York and now in Paris.

Her experience with art and inventory management includes working with artists and private collectors, assisting galleries at international art fairs, and managing a gallery.

Notable among the inventory she has worked with is The Andy Warhol Foundation’s collection of Warhol’s photographs, as well assisting with the Warhol catalogue raisonné. Currently she is working free-lance and focusing on her career as an artist.

Depuis plus de 20 ans, Valérie travaille dans le monde de l’art, d’abord à New York et actuellement à Paris.

Ses expériences en matière de gestion d'œuvres d’art et d’inventaire comprennent plusieurs champs de compétences : travailler en directe avec des artistes et des collectionneurs privés, gérer des galeries d’art, assister des galeries lors des foires d'art internationales. A noter sont ses expériences chez La Fondation Andy Warhol, où elle était responsable de la gestion des ses œuvres photographiques, et a aidé au projet du catalogue raisonné. Actuellement, elle travaille à son compte et se développe en tant qu’artiste.

Alice Bonnot is an independent art consultant and exhibition curator specialised in arts management. She has five years of experience working in the cultural and arts sectors in London, Paris and Amsterdam as exhibition manager, gallery manager and studio manager. She also worked for a large variety of clients from contemporary art galleries and magazines, to independent creative studios and emerging artists.

After helping galleries to create their own information management system and to develop bespoke projects’ templates, protocols and guidelines, Alice is now accompanying galleries, artists and collectors to maximise their use of Artlogic.

Alice can assist you with: business management (including guidance on artistic, strategic and financial decisions), database consultancy, communication and PR strategy.

Eveline has been working with Artlogic since 2014. In 2015 she founded Sacra Mons Art & Collection Management. She has excellent references looking back on 30 years of professional experience in the global business of trading high-value works of art and antiques as well as art management (i.e. taking care of a private collection within the scope of a Family Office). Her business activities have endowed her with knowledge and experience in various fields of art and, thus, collection; for her, it is only natural to be perfectly discreet, reliable and trustworthy.

Services offered: Collection Management from research, determination, registration and cataloguing to ongoing control of movements, values and locations.

Mel began working with Artlogic in London in 2008, in-studio roles with Chris Ofili CBE and Isaac Julien CBE. She worked for the fundraising charity Art Fund, helping them develop and share a century’s worth of museum collection images. Working as an independent specialist in 2015, Mel has since collaborated with various organisations, including the Royal Academy of Arts and Leach Pottery in St Ives.

With a PhD in art history and a background in writing and research, a creative and methodical mix informs her work. She frequently contributes to educational resources such as training guides and archiving apps, both on archives and wider digital asset management.

Mel runs her consultancy, Menegva (Cornish for ‘index’) from the beautiful UK west coast, where she also co-runs an artist-directed project space and library.

Branch Arts initiates and facilitates creative partnerships and delivers strategic communications campaigns for clients across the cultural sector. Our team boasts a unique mix of marketing & PR expertise with curatorial and project management experience and has built an extensive network of artists and organisations.

Launched in 2017 by Susie Lawson with Flora Fairbairn, the collective 40 years experience in the art world has grown their network of specialist partners and a reputation for excellence. Susie Lawson leads the marketing arm of Branch Arts and is a highly experienced arts publicist, formerly at the Royal Academy (RA) and The Photographers’ Gallery (TPG).

Recent campaigns include the hugely successful launch of Frieze Masters, London and eight years of the London Original Print Fair at the RA. 

Combining this marketing knowledge with the design team’s creative vision, Branch Arts can offer clients strategic communication campaigns; website development and design; as well as advice on audience segmentation and Artlogic databases.

Joe has been working with Artlogic products since 2013. He worked in many leading design and branding agencies before opening an art gallery which he ran for over 10 years. In 2015 he closed the space to pursue a career as an artist. He now uses Artlogic on a daily basis to manage his studio and promote his work. His love for art and technology has helped many other artists, galleries and collectors to make the most of what Artlogic has to offer.

Aleksandr Tishkov is a freelance artist and designer, practising both in digital and physical crafts. In the last six years, he has been working as a graphic designer and muralist with a wide spectrum of international clients to produce and create typography, posters, website design and visuals.
Having worked as an artist studio technician, he has created and developed digital scale models of artworks for some established artists with the help of SketchUp. Aleksandr is also experienced in working with Databases and creating websites using HTML and CSS.

Services offered:
Graphic design - this includes but not limited to creating visual content for different purposes. From building custom fonts to website layout, from brand identity and logo design to print design.
Website development - website design with website builder platforms or a custom one (HTML and CSS).
Database management - data entry and maintenance.

With an M.A. in Visual Arts Administration from New York University (NYU). Paulina has worked for the past ten years in the art world in Mexico City and New York City. Paulina is passionate about modern and contemporary art, public art, contemporary  Mexican, Latinx, and Latin American art.

Her work practice ranges from diverse settings such as art galleries, artist studios, creating art editorial content, managing a design bazaar, and commissioning public artworks in New York’s five boroughs for a government agency. These experiences have allowed her to gain a clearer insight into how the art world operates.

She was first introduced to Artlogic in 2019 as part of her collection management role for artist Shantell Martin.  Her detail-oriented personality and organizational skills have allowed her to make the most out of the Artlogic platform. In her work setting, she provides data entry, maintenance of content, creation of loans and consignments, sales entries, amongst others, on a weekly basis.

Services offered: data entry according to specific needs, database creation, development consultation on new or existing accounts, and database maintenance. Open to providing services as a one-time project or as an ongoing service. 

Con una maestría en Administración de las Artes Visuales por la Universidad de Nueva York (NYU), Paulina ha trabajado por los últimos diez años en el medio del arte, tanto en la Ciudad de México como en Nueva York. A Paulina le apasiona el arte moderno y contemporáneo, el arte público,  asi como el arte contemporáneo Mexicano, LatinX y Latinoamericano.

Paulina ha trabajado en diferentes contextos laborales dentro del medio del arte, desde galerías, estudios de artistas, creación de contenido para editoriales de arte, hasta la administración de un bazaar de diseño y la comisión de obras de arte público en los cinco condados de Nueva York dentro de una agencia gubernamental. Estas experiencias le han permitido tener una visión clara de cómo opera el mundo de las artes hoy en día.

Paulina empezó a utilizar la plataforma de Artlogic en el 2019 como parte de su trabajo en el manejo de la colección de la artista Shantell Martin. Su orientación al detalle y habilidades organizacionales le han permitido usar Artlogic al máximo en un entorno real donde, como parte de su trabajo, ha utilizado la plataforma semanalmente para la creación de datos y contenido, mantenimiento, creación de préstamos y consignaciones y registro de ventas, entre otros.

Coburn Projects was developed in 2008 as an art collection management company. Currently Brandon Coburn and his team are responsible for managing several Private, Public and Estate collections based in various locations around the world. At the start of 2021, the total managed inventory was approximately 10,000 objects with a value in the region of £50M GBP ($68M USD).

Brandon Coburn was born and raised in New York City, he has a formal training in architecture and secondary training in art history from The Pennsylvania State University. Brandon is completely immersed within the artworld, he is regularly meeting with collectors, artists, attending art fairs, working with the top galleries, dealers and auction houses. His background as an architect and his knowledge of art history allows him a unique perspective on collecting and collection management.
