About the role
Transforming how the art world works online starts with you. As the Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in helping us engage with new clients across the world. You will be responsible for winning new business through sales campaigns, client calls and product demonstrations to educate and consult potential clients on running and growing their business on our platform. Your focus will be on converting large organisations with a direct impact on helping the company meet its goals. Over time we will also look to you to offer valuable feedback on how we can make more sales as we build the business. This unique opportunity sits within the global Sales Team, responsible for increasing our client base, driving our subscription revenue and meeting targets to support Artlogic’s future plans.
2+ years of experience in a high-volume sales role. Experience in B2B sales or SaaS is preferred.
Existing professional network within the art world.
Diligent, enterprising self-starter who can demonstrate strong initiative with a focus on strategic thinking and relationship building.
Proven experience in devising and implementing high-yielding sales campaigns.
Passion for technology advancements and a high degree of computer literacy
Well-spoken, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality. A client-centric approach, able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
Good analytical ability and a desire to learn and improve methodologies and processes.
High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
Experience training and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifying assigned leads and successfully onboard them to our services.
Planning and executing outreach campaigns to increase qualified leads in your pipeline.
Collaborating with Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to source and generate qualified and well-researched leads for these campaigns.
Managing and scheduling your outreach and upsell campaigns efficiently and in collaboration with management.
Maintaining a sustainable number of leads to meet or supersede targets.
Managing and tracking your campaigns, client correspondence, and deals in Hubspot.
Monitoring campaigns and using findings to employ new strategies and techniques and improve conversation rate and overall sales.
Scheduling sales calls and in-person/remote product demonstrations.
Providing feedback from your observations and analysis to help us grow as a business.
Acting as a resource for junior members of the team and assisting sales managers to train new colleagues.
