About the role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Operations Assistant to join our team providing essential support across the Operations function to ensure the smooth running of the business as a whole.  

This will be wide-ranging role taking in key areas such as HR, compliance, office management and IT at a time of high growth for the company.

About you

A highly competent Operations Assistant with broad administrative experience. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills along with a proactive approach to your varied workload.

  • Friendly, personable and eager to help

  • Practical, confident and able to gain the trust of your colleagues

  • Ability to multitask effectively at a high level

  • A high level of accuracy across all areas of work

  • Absolute discretion when dealing with highly confidential personnel information 

  • A high degree of computer literacy: familiarity with Mac OSX and iOS

  • Proactive when seeking resolutions to problems

Key responsibilities

Day-to-day task include but are not limited to: 

  • Maintaining HR records

  • Providing recruitment support

  • Assisting with payroll administration

  • Working with the Head of Operations and outsourced advisors to ensure that the business is meeting compliance requirements and that company policies are followed.

  • Point of contact for visitors to the office

  • Placing and managing office orders and deliveries

  • Ensuring the office is always looking at its best and resolving issues when they arise

  • Assistance in arranging and managing team events 

  • Setting up devices and workstations for new starters and some basic IT troubleshooting

London Office Space
Our London office is based within a converted warehouse complex shared with a handful of other friendly creative organisations and a top-notch canteen. The beautiful courtyard area is perfect for post-work socialising and the odd bit of al-fresco working – weather permitting! We are a collaborative and relaxed bunch who enjoy each other’s company both at work and in the pub.
