About the role

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be integral in managing and executing our strategy to bring our products to life—from idea to launch and beyond! This role exists to drive significant growth of our products, generating demand through relevant product marketing content. You'll guide our brand positioning based on the product roadmap, customer needs and the competitive landscape. Your market research and expertise will help you communicate our products' benefits and values—translating complex and technical details into benefits that resonate with our customers. 


You'll develop and craft product content for various formats by working cross-departmentally with product managers, sales and customer success. You'll empower sales teams with tools, training and collateral, and develop strategies to drive awareness and generate demand. Over time you'll build knowledge and expertise to serve as the team's go-to product expert and become a public face of the brand.

About you
  • You’ll have experience creating marketing and GTM plans that encompass strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing

  • You’ll have experience initiating and executing a range of GTM campaigns, including webinars, in-person events, social media and content marketing

  • Ability to effectively lead, inspire, and mentor direct and indirect reports

  • Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including leadership, product management, operations, sales and marketing

  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail

  • Strong entrepreneurial and self-starter skills, comfortable in a high-growth environment and developing & implementing new systems and processes

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end product marketing efforts

  • Build on GTM strategies, product messaging, and collateral to set our products apart from others in the market

  • Articulate the product opportunity in the market and provide insight to teams to inform decisions, from induction through to launch

  • Provide input into the annual marketing and product roadmaps, including positioning and pricing strategies

  • Communicate the vision and value of new and existing products to the sales and customer success teams, developing sales tools that facilitate the selling process

  • Collaborating with Product Managers to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on competitive landscape and customer feedback

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Sales and Customer Success to drive demand and product adoption and business objectives

  • Generate marketing materials for various formats to promote our product and features through language and presentation that resonate with our clients

  • Work cross-departmentally to act as the principal point of contact for product marketing knowledge in the team, including specific industry and technical knowledge 

  • Work with Customer Success to support the creation of in-depth training materials, including how-to videos, and the creation of help articles

  • Host webinars and in-person events, leading product walk-throughs and become a public face of our brand when it comes to product knowledge

  • Work with Sales to create compelling product training, presentation and demonstration material and sales tools

  • Work cross-departmentally to run internal training to explain the customer-led benefits, industry positioning and technical abilities of our products

  • Ensure all copy in our products has a consistent tone of voice and messaging

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product managers and senior management in product strategies

Our London office is based within a converted warehouse complex shared with a handful of other friendly creative organisations and a top-notch canteen.
