About the role

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping us execute our global campaigns and provide support across the marketing team. Ensuring advertising, email marketing, and community engagement maximise lead generation opportunities and drive growth and demand across the business. You’ll support the Content Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing in the day to day tasks, helping with everything from setting up email campaigns to assisting in reports, managing social media, supporting cross-departmental projects and assisting in community engagement.

About you
  • 2+ years experience in marketing and communications, preferably in tech B2B or SaaS

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling

  • Previous experience in coordinating B2B marketing campaigns preferred

  • Previous experience in creating marketing collateral

  • Highly organised - capable of managing a mix of responsibilities

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Eager to learn and grow in the role

  • Highly-collaborative team player who can work independently

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing team environment

  • Motivated self-starter, process-oriented with great attention to detail

  • Results-oriented with good analytical skills

  • A desire to learn and improve methodologies and processes

  • Good industry knowledge of key artists, art galleries, sales platforms, art fairs, and our competitors is beneficial but not essential

Key responsibilities
  • Work across the team to support marketing content creation and execution

  • Support our email marketing with campaign creation, execution and reports

  • Support in website management and webpage creation

  • Work with and support the Content Marketing Manager in content creation, execution and facilitating webinars

  • Manage social and community engagement

  • Support in copywriting and implementation of brand guidelines

  • Support in data analytics and reporting

  • Work closely with Strategic Partnerships Manager to support in partnership deliverables

  • Support and executes in-person activations at events such as art fairs or conferences

London Office Space
Our London office is based within a converted warehouse complex shared with a handful of other friendly creative organisations and a top-notch canteen. We are a collaborative and relaxed bunch who enjoy each other’s company both at work and in the pub.
